We are searching for a mixed-methods research intern to comprehend user behaviors and generate insights that influence product decisions and roadmaps. You will be responsible for leading a high-impact project, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to provide structure and clarity to crucial business decisions and the product roadmap. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end research initiatives: Taking ownership of the complete research lifecycle, starting from identifying research questions aligned with business objectives to delivering strategic and impactful recommendations. - Planning and executing mixed-method studies: Selecting the appropriate methods (and combinations of methods) for each research question, utilizing triangulation to produce compelling insights. - Conducting qualitative and quantitative research: Conducting interviews, diary studies, surveys, literature reviews, max-diff, log analysis, and more throughout the product lifecycle with minimal supervision. - Translating research findings into product direction: Converting intricate findings into clear, actionable insights that guide product development and broader business strategy. - Collaborating across teams: Working closely with product, design, growth, and business teams to ensure that insights align with execution. - Presenting insights effectively: Sharing findings in suitable formats for various stakeholders, such as presentations, memos, dashboards, or working sessions.
