UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

• User Experience (UX) Design:

  Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, user flows, and information architecture to build seamless and logical user journeys.

• User Interface (UI) Design:

  Design visually compelling and responsive user interfaces, including layouts, typography, and color palettes, ensuring a consistent and modern look and feel.

• Prototyping & Testing:

  Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and conduct usability testing and cognitive walkthroughs to gather user feedback.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

• Design Systems:

  Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.

• Documentation:

  Create clear design documentation, including journey maps and task analyses, to communicate design decisions to the development team.

• Innovation:

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and accessibility (WCAG).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  A minimum of

  5-9 years

  of professional experience in UX/UI, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Core Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design

  .
• Expertise in

  Interaction Design

  and

  Information Architecture

  .
• Proven experience with

  Wireframing, Prototyping, and Usability Testing

  .

• Tools & Software:

• Proficiency in modern design tools such as

  Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

  .
• Experience with collaboration tools like

  Miro or MURAL

  is a plus.

• Research & Testing:

• Demonstrated experience in

  User Research, Persona Development, and Heuristic Evaluation

  .
• Familiarity with

  A/B Testing

  and

  Data-driven Design

  principles.

• Collaboration & Process:

• Experience working in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment and with

  Design Thinking

  methodologies.

Stakeholder Management

Good To Have Skills

• Experience in

  UX Strategy

  or

  Service Design

• Strong
