Fullstack Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Fullstack Development:

  Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications, covering both frontend and backend components.

• API Development:

  Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.

• Database Management:

  Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Code Quality:

  Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization:

  Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

• Deployment & Maintenance:

  Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience:

  2 - 8yrs of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.

• Frontend Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework like

  React.js

• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Backend Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (

  Python, Node.js

  ).
• Exposure with relevant backend frameworks (

  Django, Flask, Express.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core

  ).
• Understanding of server-side logic, authentication, and authorization.

• Database Skills:

• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (

  MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis

  ).
• Ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (

  GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket

  ).
• API Knowledge: Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Communication:

  Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
