UX Designer

Responsibilities

• User Research: Dive deep into user behaviours and pain points through comprehensive research. Turn insights into user personas, journey maps, and design solutions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Sketch out your ideas, build prototypes, and create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or whatever you fancy. Transform your visions into reality with precision and flair.
• UI Design: Design visually stunning interfaces that captivate users and deliver a cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
• Information Architecture: Design a seamless experience for users by making information easy to locate.
• Interaction Design: Create interactions that are smoother than a cat's purr. Ensure every swipe, tap, and click is intuitive and delightful.
• Usability Testing: Don your lab coat and rigorously test your designs. Gather feedback, iterate, and perfect every detail.
• Collaboration: Team up with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and ease of management
• User Flows: Create user flows that make navigation effortless. Ensure every step feels intuitive and seamless.
• Feedback Implementation: Approach feedback with a positive mindset. Use input from users and stakeholders to continuously improve and perfect your designs.
• Assessment and Strategy: Review current digital properties for usability, design, and branding, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.
• Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and leverage this knowledge to improve user experiences.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Xd, illustrator, Photoshop), and Figma
• User Research and Testing: Expert in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
• Interaction Design: Understanding of interaction design principles and expertise in creating interactive prototypes.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts and collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Organizational Skills: Time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects.
• Professional Skills: Proactively deliver tasks, report status, adhere to processes, manage tasks independently, devise design solutions, estimate efforts, and provide technical leadership.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field. (Preferable from reputed institutions - NID ).
• Experience: 7+ years in UI/UX design with published work.
• Tools: Hands-on - Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a bonus.
