WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ● You will be responsible for building customer facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations. ● Work closely with the Project Manager,Product Owner, and a team of developers. ● You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential ● You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client's business growth. WHAT WE NEED IN YOU ● Strong in Javascript ES6 and Typescript, HTML, CSS ( SASS or LESS or Tailwind), ● Good experience in ReactJS. ● Experience in developing web applications with strong debugging skills ● Experience in at least one backend technologies - REST APIs, NodeJS, ● At least one database like mongoDB, NoSql, MySql, PostgreSql. ● Exposure on UI Performance improvement techniques - example - page speed improvement, Light Score etc. Good To Have ● Experience in any ecommerce platforms added advantage ● Cloud platform experience - AWS / Google Cloud. ● Nextjs exposure. QUALIFICATION ● Graduate - BE / Btech or equivalent. ● 6 to 10 years of experience ● Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills. ● A good team player with nice communication skills. ● Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
