UX Designer

You will be responsible for translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for various devices and interfaces. Utilize a user-centered design approach to test and iterate designs efficiently, meeting assigned estimates for each feature. Resolve design challenges by creating practical and effective solutions while making strategic decisions on core functions and features. Provide guidance on user experience best practices and contribute to future directions. Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders. Take ownership of feature design, styling, interactions, and overall approach. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach. Develop and maintain a framework that aligns with Lone Oak Solutions" development and research processes. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to showcase knowledge effectively. Requirements: - Ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and work with a sense of urgency. - Thrive in a small, flexible, and dynamic environment, contributing to a high-performance, low-stress corporate culture. - Minimum of 1 year of UX design experience. - Proficiency in standard UX software such as AdobeXD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and/or Framer.
