Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will translate complex workflows into seamless digital journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences across customer lifecycle platforms. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into seamless digital journeys. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions. - Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. - Work with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners to create design solutions. - Stay updated on UX trends and best practices to drive continuous learning and improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or product design. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions. - Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. - Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners.
