Responsibilities and Duties:

48 years of UX design experience, preferably in financial systems, ERP, or e-governance platforms.
Proven ability to design transaction-heavy platforms, dashboards, and workflow management systems.

Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating design processes, interactive prototypes, and real-world application impact.

Application & Domain Knowledge
UX design for enterprise dashboards, transaction portals, payment gateways, and ERP systems.Designing workflow-driven applications (e.g., approvals, budget management, audits, reconciliations).Experience with citizen-facing apps (mobile/web) for payments, receipts, and status tracking.Familiarity with financial analytics dashboards, MIS reporting, and visualization tools.Understanding of data-heavy environments with large forms, tabular data, and reporting modules.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with design system creation and component-driven UI development.

Design Expertise
Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility.Experience in multi-device design (desktop, tablet, mobile-first approach).

Research and Analysis
Expertise in A/B testing, heatmaps, clickstream analysis, and eye-tracking studies.Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to measure UX effectiveness.

Communication & Collaboration
Strong ability to present design concepts to senior officials and explain design rationale.Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving & Creativity
Ability to simplify complex financial processes into intuitive user flows.Strong visual storytelling skills to improve comprehension of complex financial data.
