Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in the NBFC or fintech domain, with a deep understanding of user needs in the financial services sector
  
• Expertise in designing intuitive user experiences for transactional platforms, investment dashboards, or lending products
  
• Strong skills in financial workflow design, data visualization, and crafting dashboards that align with business and user goals
  
• Ability to translate complex financial processes into user-friendly and accessible interfaces
  
• Understanding of compliance requirements and their impact on user experience within BFSI environments
  
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
