UX Designer (B2B)

Job Description

User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user journey mapping to understand user needs and behaviors. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design ideas effectively. UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and business goals. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Design System Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Stay Current with Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and user-focused. Qualifications: Must-Have: 25 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design. Nice-to-Have: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of usability testing methods and tools (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting). Experience with accessibility standards and best practices. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
