Founded by former traders and engineers from Tower Research, Goldman Sachs, and Microsoft, we’re rethinking how markets are analyzed and traded.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UX Design Lead. You will lead the end-to-end user experience design process, including user research, prototyping, and visual design. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team to simplify complex workflows into clean, intuitive, AI-native interfaces. Your work will directly shape how modern traders interact with market data and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Design Thinking and User Experience Design

• Strong skills in Visual Design and interactive Prototyping

• Proficiency in conducting and applying insights from User Research

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or AI tools is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
