UX Design Lead

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and drive the design strategy for our clients" digital products. You will ensure that every project we take on is designed with the user in mind, pushing for solutions that are not only beautiful but also functional and accessible. In this role, you will: - Lead and inspire a team of UX designers, driving best practices and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment. - Define and implement user-centered design strategies that align with business goals and client needs. - Work with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging designs. - Conduct and oversee UX research, including user testing, interviews, and usability studies, to ensure design decisions are data-driven. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize ideas and concepts. - Advocate for the user at every stage, ensuring that all digital solutions we build are both functional and delightful. - Stay current on UX trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring fresh, innovative perspectives to our projects. About You: - Experience: You should have 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools is required. - Mindset: You should be obsessed with creating seamless user experiences, driven by data, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills are essential to convey design ideas and advocate for UX best practices. - Collaboration: You should be an excellent team player who can work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
