The Role: Design Lead Product Experience We re seeking a UX Design Lead to elevate and own the end-to-end design experience across EverBee s growing ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role , managing a team of four UX/UI designers while setting a high bar for design quality, collaboration, and innovation. You ll work cross-functionally with the Head of Product (your direct manager), Designers (your direct reports), Product Managers, Engineers, Growth, and the Head of Engineering - leading the design process from discovery through delivery.
