Inviting applications for the role of Lead consultant -UX / Content Designer What youll do here Translate technical field names into clear, dealer-friendly questions, labels, and help text Define wizard flow, page breaks, visual hierarchy, and style guide; ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance Run usability sessions, analyse analytics, and iterate copy/layout for higher completion rates The Skills You’ll Bring UX writing/content design; Figma, accessibility tools (axe, Wave) Strong storytelling skills and empathy for non-technical users Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form
