Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly digital products.
Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows for both web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points and refine UI/UX designs.
Translate business needs and user insights into design solutions that are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries.
Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency and proper implementation.
Ensure responsive and accessible design across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Keep updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

25 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX skills for web and mobile platforms.
Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and accessibility standards.
Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end basics is a plus.
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in SaaS/IoT/Industrial products is a bonus.
