Utillity Engineer(B.tech )

Profile: Engineer civil & Utilities Qualifications / Experience:

• Candidate completed minimum BE/B-tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience of maintenance work in reputed industries/organisation/ Automobile OEM's/PSU/Government Sector/ Private company.

Experience details and skill set required:

1. To plan and organize activities regarding (4M) man, machine, materials & method as per direction of HOD Utilities.

2. Monitoring & controlling erection & commissioning jobs for new projects.

3. Monitoring completion of schedule jobs like checking, cleaning & overhauling of equipment like- Pumps, STP plant, HVAC, Chiller, Air-washer plant, Compressor, Fire-fighting system, Air and Water pipeline, etc. by coordinating with other department.

4.Handling of shut down jobs and leading various maintenance activities during breakdowns. Ensuring all jobs are carried under safety guidelines & approved work permit system.

5.Procurement of materials/services, Detailing of Scope of work, BOQ etc.

6.Making drawings and design of Mechanical utilities in advance computer software/application.

Desirable:

Expert in Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance

1- Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance

2-Project Management /Techno-commercial Operations.

3- Condition based monitoring, Equipment/system/pipe-line failure analysis.

4- Material / Resource Management & optimization. 5- Quality / ISO Standardization.

6-Commissioning /Overhauling / Modification of equipment. 7- Basic Knowledge of Computer in MS OFFICE, MS Excel, MS world, etc.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
