Job Description

As a Utility Engineer at our company located in Ankleshwar, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various utility systems essential for our operations. Your qualifications must include a B.E in Mechanical, along with 10 to 15 years of experience in the API industry. Your primary responsibilities will include the operation and maintenance of chilled water plants, chilled brine plants, natural gas-fired boilers, nitrogen generation plants, air compressors, air dryers, cooling towers, potable water storage and distribution, and process water operation and distribution. You will also be in charge of scheduling preventive maintenance for utility equipment, ensuring efficient operation, monitoring equipment efficiency, and preparing MIS reports for utilities. Additionally, you will be required to calculate utility generation costs, comply with CAPA, investigate area-specific deviations, propose and implement energy-saving ideas, validate compressed air and nitrogen plants, operate HVAC systems, and qualify utility equipment and systems. Your role as a Utility Engineer will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth functioning of our utility systems and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.,
