User Interface Designer

We are looking for a highly creative UI/UX & Visual Designer who can help define our digital identity across product, brand, and marketing. If you’re someone who loves solving design problems with elegance and strategy—and you’re comfortable wearing multiple creative hats—this may be the right role for you.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback, and producing high-quality work. This individual should be comfortable building sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to provide to project managers, and ultimately execute designs based on outlined criteria. Strong creative and design skills are essential, along with familiarity with various design technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX Design for mobile and web apps working closely with engineers and product.

• Define and evolve our brand identity, including typography, color palettes, icons, and design systems.

• Design high-quality social media graphics, marketing creatives, and presentations that align with the brand.

• Create custom icons, vector illustrations, user avatars, and background elements to bring the product and brand to life.

• Use design tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop) to deliver engaging, user-first visual experiences.

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth hand-off and design fidelity during implementation.

• Participate in design critiques, product discussions, and user research.

• Apply a product thinking mindset, offering creative direction while understanding business and user priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, brand design, and/or visual design roles.

• Expert-level in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Great eye for detail: layout, typography, color, spacing.

• Ability to design across platforms: mobile, web, and social.

• Strong ownership skills – able to run with a design task from idea to delivery.

• Clear communication and confidence in presenting your design rationale.

• Curiosity and creativity—you regularly reimagine what good can look like.

• Comfort working in a startup: open to feedback, fast iterations, solving ambiguity.

Nice to Have

• Basic skills in Blender or other 3D tools for creating simple 3D assets or visuals.

• Experience in motion design or prototyping interactions in Figma or other tools.

• Worked closely in cross-functional agile teams.

Compensation

• Up to ₹17,00,000
