User Interface Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, your role is crucial in creating engaging and user-friendly mobile application interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms using Figma as the core design tool. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative UI/UX solutions. - Design intuitive user interfaces, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions. - Translate business and technical requirements into visually appealing and user-centric designs. - Ensure design consistency by following brand guidelines, design systems, and platform-specific standards. - Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and libraries for scalability and consistency. - Enhance the mobile app experience based on user feedback and analytics. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in mobile design. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in mobile app development. - Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design projects created in Figma. - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision. - Good understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile usability best practices. - Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment. **Preferred Skills:** - 2 to 3 years of Experience in Figma's interactive prototyping. - Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React Native, Flutter basics) for effective collaboration with developers. - Experience in creating and maintaining advanced design systems in Figma. - Understanding of accessibility standards in mobile design.,
