Stay updated on current design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance. Communicate design rationale clearly and work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional work within project scope. Qualifications: At least 1 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding. Familiarity with responsive design and grid systems for various screen sizes and devices. Experience in creating design systems and component libraries. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers. Understanding of accessibility standards and user experience best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
