Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer with over 5 years of proven expertise in creating intuitive, seamless, and delightful user experiences for our Commerce product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, extensive experience in UX research and analysis, and a passion for solving complex design challenges. As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities: End-to-end UX design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring the highest level of quality and usability. Conduct in-depth user research, including user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, usability testing, etc to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable design recommendations and strategies. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize design initiatives. Champion UX best practices and design standards across the organization, fostering a culture of user-centricity and innovation. Ability to work on building design system. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and industry developments, and incorporate them into our design processes and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is a must. Have hands-on experience with auto layout and working with component libraries. Having basic knowledge of design accessibility and guidelines. Expertise in user research methodologies, including usability testing, persona development, competitive analysis and journey mapping. Solid understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred. Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
