User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Engineer Sahab, a leading IT company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user interface design of various digital assets. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to devise and execute innovative design solutions. - Perform user research and analysis to comprehend user needs, behaviors, and pain points effectively. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and assess design concepts. - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility. - Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively enhance designs. - Uphold design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and developing design systems. - Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team. - Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs and troubleshoot any design-related obstacles. Requirements: - Possess a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. - Showcase a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work encompassing both web and mobile platforms. - Proficient in tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also being capable of independent work. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Showcase strong multitasking and time-management skills, with a knack for task prioritization.,
