Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Design Specialist located in Surat. The User Experience Design Specialist will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and prototyping. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design solutions work effectively to meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• User Experience Design (UED) and Design Thinking skills
• Visual Design and Prototyping skills
• Experience in User Research
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
