User Experience Design Specialist

As an Interaction Designer at SAP, you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless user experience for all SAP products. You will be involved in the full design process, from initial sketches to implementation, with a strong focus on understanding end user requirements. Your responsibilities include organizing and moderating end-user activities, developing user interface designs, and validating designs through usability testing. Collaboration with developers, providing design support, and participating in design discovery projects are key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you are expected to have a degree in Interaction Design or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Interaction Design. Proficiency in interaction design tools like Figma, as well as a solid technical understanding in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, is essential. Experience in designing business applications for ERP solutions, particularly in manufacturing or logistics, is highly valued. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration within international teams. Your skills and competencies should include advanced interaction design abilities, familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Balsamiq, and knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Understanding of SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and experience in software development are advantageous.
