Job Description

Design sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and written specs to communicate design concepts to engineering.
Collaborate with other designers to detail design patterns and standard methodologies.
Engage with users to validate design solutions and conduct usability testing, incorporating results into the design process.
Review product builds and collaborate with product partners throughout the product cycle.
Contribute to product brainstorming and design sessions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in user experience, product design, or interaction design, preferably with B2B and/or large-scale rich internet applications and products.
Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Experience working with Agile/Lean UX methodologies is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
