Project Management & Delivery Manage multiple website and integration projects simultaneously. Define timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with designers, developers, and support staff. Conduct progress reviews and ensure projects stay within scope and budget. Maintain clear project documentation and updates in Zoho / OneDrive. 2. Technical Coordination Understand WebNeed’s platform architecture and integration processes (hosting, domain setup, payment gateway, merchant API). Troubleshoot website functionality, DNS, SSL, or plugin issues. Collaborate with technical leads to ensure PCI compliance and system performance. Translate client needs into technical tasks and communicate them clearly to the team. 3. Client & Partner Communication Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers. Explain technical concepts (hosting, domain connection, payment setup) in simple language. Work with partner organizations (banks, CDFIs, processors) on API integrations and data accuracy. Follow up with clients regularly until successful project completion. 4. Reporting & Quality Control Conduct audits of completed websites to ensure compliance, mobile responsiveness, and functionality. Report weekly progress and delivery metrics to leadership. Identify process improvements to optimize cost and turnaround time per project. Technical Skills Required Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, WordPress, or SaaS website platforms. Familiarity with domain setup, DNS, hosting, SSL, and email configurations. Understanding of payment gateways, merchant onboarding, and PCI compliance. Experience with tools such as Zoho Projects, Trello, or ClickUp. Ability to test websites for bugs, browser issues, and functionality. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking hours and cost analysis. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience managing web or software projects. Experience working with fintech, digital marketing, or SaaS platforms. Familiarity with API integrations and merchant processing workflows.
