Job Description

As a CDP Campaign Builder,you'llbe creating fantastic customer experiences in our Customer Data Platform, bringing about personalized, context-awareinteractions. Our Customer Data Platform unifies our customer data and makes it available to you to create these experiences, all in one platform.

These experiences will be omnichannel, meeting our customers wheretheyreat in the most personalized way possible. Whileyou'llbe a hands-on doer inthe CDP,you'llbe working a lot with yourbusiness a strategy partners to make sure whatyou'rebuilding creates the best experience for our customers aspossible.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with marketing technologyrequired, particularlythose used to create multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • This could include, but is not limited to, tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze,Klaviyo,and Cheetah Digital.
  • Prior experience with a Customer Data Platformsought, but not necessarily required depending on other relevant experience.
  • RedpointGlobalsrgOneplatform is particularly relevant, but any prior hands-on CDP experience is a big plus.
  • Examplesof other CDP vendors where your experience is relevant include, but is not limited to, Action IQ, Adobe Real-Time CDP,mParticle, Salesforce, Tealium, and Twilio Segment.
  • Segmentationproficiencyrequired.
  • You need to havedemonstratedexperience in audience segmentation based on customerbehavior, demographics, preferences, andother groupings.
  • Journey orchestration experiencerequired.
  • Includes setting up end-to-end recurring journeys with optimization mechanisms like choosing best outreach channel overa period oftimebased onpreviousengagement, setting up A/B tests etc
  • You should be able to speak to how the marketing technologiesyou'veused are able to power personalized experiences or wheretheyveperhaps fallenshort in doing so.
  • You should befamiliar,comfortable, andpassionateabout data, including:
  • Familiarity with data mapping,transformationand ETL processes.
  • Proficiencyin SQL highly valued: youdontneed to be able to write SQL from scratch, but you should be able to interpret statements toassistin troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data governance principles will be highly valued.
  • Understanding of database structures.
  • Experience designing and configuring tests to measure incremental performance as we'll as configuring metadata to enable theirmeasurement.
  • How data can be used to power personalized experiences.
  • Beyond being a hands-on-keyboard rockstar, you need to be comfortable in continuous conversation with your business partners to understandrequirements and requirement changes, while also informing the business strategy based onwhatspossible in the CDP.
  • To this end, you need to have a positive outlook and collaborative nature, while caring about the nitty gritty details.

Required Experience

  • 3-5years experienceinMarTechoperations, digital messaging,audience segmentation,or a related role
  • Knowledge ofMarTechplatforms
  • Knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, Confluence,Smartsheets, Wrike, etc

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Previousexperience with digital communications execution, end-to-end user experience and/or agile ITmethodologyis a plus.
