Job Description

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Assist in setting up and executing channel-specific strategies. Focus on daily optimizations, campaign performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, track key KPIs, and share insights to improve the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
  • Creative QA: Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards before launch, collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad visuals, and identify opportunities to improve creative performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different teams (Creative, Analytics, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and efficient problem-solving.
  • Operational Efficiency: Help drive operational improvements to increase testing velocity, ensure faster iterations, and improve overall campaign performance.
  • SKAN & Privacy Sandbox: Gain exposure to Apples SKAN and Privacy Sandbox to ensure privacy-compliant campaigns. Stay updated on the evolving user acquisition ecosystem and related privacy regulations.
  • Campaign Strategy Support: Work closely with Senior UA Managers to implement channel-specific strategies and ensure flawless execution of performance marketing campaigns.

Key Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in user acquisition, media buying, or performance marketing, ideally in mobile apps or gaming.
  • Experience managing campaigns on paid social platforms (Facebook, Google) and familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis; familiarity with SQL & Tableau is a plus.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, optimizing campaigns across channels (social, DSPs, etc.), and tracking KPIs to drive results.
  • Ability to review and QA creative assets to ensure they meet campaign goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks such as SKAN and Privacy Sandbox is a bonus.
