About the Role

We are a U.S.-based F1 student recruitment agency helping international students navigate their academic and immigration journey in the United States. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Student Recruitment & Counseling Specialist who understands the unique struggles of F1 students and can guide them through admissions, transfers, CPT/OPT opportunities, and immigration pathways.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international student counseling, a deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies for F1 students, and proven skills in telemarketing and digital marketing to attract, guide, and support students.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective and current F1 students on university transfers, CPT, OPT, and career pathways.
• Provide accurate guidance on F1 visa regulations, H1B sponsorship opportunities, and long-term immigration options.
• Support students with admission requirements, university matching, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct telemarketing and digital outreach campaigns to attract new students.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and WhatsApp communications to engage students.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track applications, and follow up with prospects.
• Stay updated on immigration changes, USCIS regulations, and university CPT/OPT policies.
• Build relationships with universities, community organizations, and student associations.
• Represent the agency in student events, webinars, and recruitment fairs. Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in international student counseling (preferably F1-focused).
• Deep understanding of F1 visa struggles, CPT/OPT processes, H1B pathways, and transfer challenges.
• Knowledgeable in U.S. higher education system and admission requirements.
• Strong background in telemarketing, digital marketing, and student recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English; additional languages (e.g., Bangla, Hindi, Nepali, Chinese) a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet recruitment targets.
• Familiar with Zoho CRM, WhatsApp marketing tools, and student recruitment platforms (ApplyBoard, Shorelight, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with F1 students in the U.S.
• Prior connections with universities offering Day 1 CPT, STEM programs, and OPT-friendly majors.
• Ability to create engaging digital campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp drip campaigns).
• Strong presentation skills for webinars and group counseling sessions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
