US Voice Process (Appointment Setter)

As an Appointment Setter for the US Process team based in Indore, you will play a crucial role in our sales & marketing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with US-based clients, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support lead generation efforts. Your exceptional communication skills and understanding of the US market will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries to schedule appointments with US clients. - Conduct Zoom meetings to facilitate smooth interactions between sales/marketing teams and clients. - Qualify leads through effective questioning, negotiation, and building rapport. - Maintain accurate lead and appointment details in the CRM/database. - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to achieve appointment-setting goals. - Professionally handle objections and ensure a high conversion rate of prospects into appointments. - Research and comprehend client business needs in the US market. - Provide exceptional client handling and follow-up communication. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably in the US process. - Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/US accent. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle client calls and virtual meetings through platforms like Zoom/Teams. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications. - Knowledge of the US business market and time zones. - Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST). **Preferred Qualifications:** - 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting within a US process. - Experience in B2B or B2C US sales campaigns. - Immediate joiners will be given preference.
