Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Travel Sales - Cruise position located in New Delhi. The daily tasks include managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and providing support for business travel needs. The role involves communicating with clients to understand their travel preferences, making appropriate travel recommendations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Additionally, the individual will manage travel itineraries, handle any last-minute changes, and provide excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process. Qualifications Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Understanding of Business Travel needs and practices Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
