Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, cruises, and cars, and handling post-booking modifications and cancellations. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in customer service and sales Proficiency in managing bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and rental cars Ability to handle post-booking modifications and cancellations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using travel booking software and real-time inventory systems Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field Must be comfortable for Night Shift Must have Experinec in PPC Sales- US Process Atleast 3+ years of experience in US PPC Sales Show more Show less
