Role Overview

Tax Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing US individual tax returns (Form 1040) and supporting schedules (A, B, C, D, E).
• Review and organize client documents (W-2, 1099s, K-1s, etc.).
• Input tax data into tax software accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned cases.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs).
• Need to work in US shift timings i.e., (8 PM to 5 AM or 9 PM to 6 AM)
