Blue Company, a top 70 CPA firm in the United States, has partnered with Unison Globus to establish and scale its operations in India. Following a successful branch launch in Gandhinagar, we are now expanding to Hyderabad and seeking talented professionals to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Manager with 5+ years of leadership experience in US taxation, specializing in Form 1040 and 1120 (Individual and/or Business Taxation).
The ideal candidate will lead a team of tax professionals, oversee review processes, and ensure timely, high-quality tax deliverables for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120 with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Manage a team of tax associates — providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Prepare complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Review staff-prepared returns to ensure compliance, efficiency, and identification of tax-saving opportunities.
• Assist with tax audits and related correspondence.
• Stay updated with US tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate closely with CPA client firms to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Take ownership of assigned tax projects and deliverables with accountability and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Education: CPA / EA / CA preferred (or in progress).
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7+ years in US Taxation (Public Accounting preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Forms 1040 and 1120; exposure to Form 1065 is a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess Tax (mandatory).
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of US federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Client-focused mindset with strong professional ethics.

This role is open only for candidates residing in Hyderabad or those willing to relocate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
