US Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review the preparation and filing of Forms 1040,1120, 1065 for various entities, including corporations and partnerships.
• Manage the tax compliance process, including gathering and analyzing financial information.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize their tax positions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in US tax compliance and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
