Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review complex US federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1041).
  • Manage and supervise tax staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Lead tax planning strategies for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates.
  • Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.
  • Communicate directly with clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on client service strategies and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CPA or EA (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of US taxation experience

    , with strong technical expertise in 1040, 1065, 1120, and estate/trust returns.
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax law.
  • Proficiency with US tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
