Job Overview

we are seeking a skilled US Tax Preparer to join our Team. As a US Tax Preparer, your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of US tax preparation and compliance for our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 3 to 4 years of experience in US tax preparation and review.

Qualifications and Skills

· 3 to 4 years of experience as a US Tax preparer

· B.Com /Masters in Accounting Stream/Any Inter CA / CA Final- drop out with Outsource Experience (US only)

· Must be tech savvy (Know Tally, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, web, internet and email communication).

· Strong knowledge of US tax Returns Rules, Regulations and compliances

· Proficiency in preparing various tax forms and tax returns

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

· Prepare and review US federal and state income tax returns

· Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations

· Assist clients with tax planning and provide guidance on tax-saving strategies

· Review and analyse financial statements and related documentation

· Communicate with clients and tax authorities to resolve any tax-related issues

· Provide support to junior tax preparers and assist with their training and development

· Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation

· Assist with tax audits and respond to tax notices

Key Skill required for Software:-

· Candidate Should have Good Practical Experience in US Tax Returns Software like, Drake, Pro Series, Pro Connect

· Sales Tax Returns & Payroll Tax

· Accounting Software Knowledge must require for: QuickBooks Desktop or Online.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

• Vadodara, Vadodara - 390023, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
