Job Title : US Talent Acquisition Associate (Male Candidate Freshers)
Job Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze resumes to extract relevant keywords aligned with current hiring needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various job portals and databases.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.
• Assess candidate profiles and verify credentials and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with applicants to keep them informed of their application status.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering positive and professional relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Initiate contact with suitable candidates and provide guidance through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, offering insight into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• Experience: This position is open to fresher candidates only.

Skills Required:

• Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
