US Staffing Operations Associate

As a US Staffing Operations Assistant in our team, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. Your role will involve supporting management with data entry, record maintenance, and documentation. You will also be required to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain basic reports and spreadsheets as instructed, assist in invoice tracking, handle scheduling, follow-ups, and communication across teams. It is essential for you to learn and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Moreover, you may need to perform other duties as assigned by the operations or management team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. - Support management with data entry, record maintenance, and documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. - Prepare and maintain basic reports and spreadsheets as instructed. - Assist in invoice tracking and status updates (training will be provided). - Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and communication across teams. - Learn and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. - Perform other duties as assigned by the operations or management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in operations, administration, and accounting. - Deep knowledge of IT staffing or HR operations. - Bachelors degree (any discipline). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Comfortable working during night shifts (US hours). - Must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad.,
