US Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused US Sales Executive to join our travel process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound sales calls, understanding customer travel requirements, and providing the best flight/hotel/holiday solutions while maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle US-based inbound and outbound sales calls for flight bookings.
• Understand customer travel needs and offer suitable flight options, upgrades, and ancillary services.
• Convert leads into successful sales with a high conversion ratio.
• Provide fare quotations, check availability, and issue flight tickets.
• Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) – preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge related to US travel routes, policies, and airline regulations.
• Ensure smooth customer experience through professional communication and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (US process).
• Basic knowledge of travel industry or interest in travel sales.
• Familiarity with GDS—added advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
