Shift Timing: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description

BrightChamps is looking for a highly experienced and result-driven US Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team for the night shift. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in US Retention, US Sales, and US Collections processes. This is a work-from-office opportunity with excellent growth potential in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer retention calls with empathy, patience, and persuasive communication.
• Resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented approach to reduce churn.
• Understand customer issues and offer tailored solutions to retain existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly retention and recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US Retention, US Sales, and US Collections is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and objection-handling skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US Time Zone).
• Prior experience in EdTech or a fast-paced BPO environment is a plus.
