Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong domain knowledge in US Residential Mortgage: Origination, Processing, Pre-closing, Post-closing, Underwriting
• Familiarity with:
• FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
• FHA, VA, USDA & Conventional loan products
• All types of income: Wage, Pension, SSA, Disability, Self-employed, Rental
• LOS systems & Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS)
• For JL5: NMLS Certification preferred
• For JL4: CRU (Certified Residential Underwriter) Certification mandatory
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Good knowledge of income documents: Paystubs, 1040s, 1120S, K1s, etc.
• Full-time education (15 years minimum, no correspondence accepted)
• Salary must have been credited via bank (no cash payments accepted)
• Flexible to work in any shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage teams across the mortgage process lifecycle (origination to post-closing)
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and process compliance
• Lead and coach large teams, ensuring SLA adherence
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated with US mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines
