Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers/Sales and offer negotiation. 2.Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates from various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. 3.Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and ensure timely closures. 4.Coordinate and schedule interviews with client hiring managers. 5.Negotiate compensation terms with candidates based on client budget and visa status. 6.Build and manage a pipeline of strong candidates across different industries and skill sets Qualifications: 1.Bachelors degree in any field. 2.3+ years of experience in US recruitment 3.Strong understanding of US employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types including US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, TN, OPT, and CPT, with the ability to ensure full compliance during the hiring process . 4. In-depth knowledge of US compliance standards, tax terms, and labor laws. 5.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 6.Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines . 7.Ability to work during US business hours (night shift IST) with flexibility across EST, CST, MST, and PST time zones
