US Recruiter (Experienced/Fresher)

As a U.S. Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, starting from understanding the requirements to onboarding the candidates. Your primary tasks will include sourcing candidates through various channels such as portals, databases, and references. You will need to assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications to match the job requirements effectively. Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates will also be part of your role. We are looking for individuals with fluent English communication skills who can contribute as a committed team player. Your work will involve submitting qualified candidates for open job requirements and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This role is based in Ahmedabad/Gurgaon and requires working the night shift from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
