Are you passionate about recruiting top talent in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry BCforward is looking for an experienced BFSI US Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best candidates for critical roles in the BFSI sector across the United States. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for roles in the BFSI sector. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions. Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent. Stay up-to-date with BFSI industry trends and hiring best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the BFSI sector in the US. Strong understanding of BFSI roles, including but not limited to roles in banking, insurance, and finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices in the US.
