Post US Payroll & Administration Manager - Work from Office

Location Koregaon Park - Pune

Job Shift Night Shift (7 PM to 5 AM) – 5 Days working

minimum 7+

Preferred - Experience working at a CPA firm who handled payroll for clients of CPA firm

Excellent communication skills required to get in touch with the US Clients directly

Responsibilities :-

USA payroll processing

wide payroll rules, payroll taxes, deductions and ensure timely pay to all employees in USA

Understanding of PTO and accounting of the same

- Reconcile bank statement payout with employee agreements and deviations

Validate payroll data Before payout to individuals

Deep understanding of employee medical benefit insurance plans and deductibles and ensuring each US employee gets medical support in timely manner

- Knowledge of business insurance requirement a plus. Filling up applications for various insurances and deep understanding of how insurance premium effected

- Compliance with state for state specific licenses. Refer to past applications and ensure future renewals are filed timely and accurately

- Excellent spoken and written English. Must not hesitate to make calls

- Negotiate with various vendors to reduce prices

- Help perform international, USA local bookings at cheap prices. Must know portals which offer deals

- Knowledge of accounting a plus but not a requirements
