Job Description

Exciting Opportunity: US Mortgage - Voice Department : US Mortgage Location : Coimbatore Shift Timing : Night Shift Position Type : Full Time Years Of Experience : 1+ Years Proven experience as a Mortgage Processor, preferably in the U.S. market. In-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other mortgage loan products. Familiarity with mortgage underwriting guidelines and the overall mortgage process. Strong understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, HMDA). Proficiency with mortgage loan processing software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, LendingQB) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills: Able to effectively communicate with borrowers, underwriters, loan officers, and other parties involved in the loan process. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously. Problem-solving skills: Ability to anticipate potential issues and work proactively to address them. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
