Role Overview: As a Manager at KPMG Global Services (KGS) Tax, you will be part of a diverse team spread across multiple cities in India, providing tax and compliance services to KPMG Firms globally. Your core responsibilities will include Business Tax, Global Mobility, Indirect Tax, Global Transfer Pricing, Global Trade Compliance, and Tax Technology. You will work alongside professionals known for their technical acumen and business insights to deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Resource Planning & Deployment to ensure optimum utilization - Develop and deploy best-in-class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement - Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) regarding the quality of deliverables and time schedules - Continuous transition and adoption of new process-driven activities - Ensure all projects are delivered on time without any delays - Demonstrate good client and/or member firm facing experience at any big 4 - Excellent understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and methodologies - Handle multiple projects end-to-end - Proficient in TP Regulations for US and Canada - Experience in handling global documentation projects and foreign country TP documentation reports - Strong drafting skills and expertise in financial analysis - Lead team handling and delegation of work - Stay connected with onshore offices and build excellent relationships - Experience in building service practices suited to the Industry and environment - Effective management and employee interface/communication skills - People management skills with the ability to build a transparent and cohesive team - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint - Good understanding of various databases applicable in the field of TP Qualification Required: - Educational qualifications: MBA/Masters in economics from an accredited college/university, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, ACCA, CPA - Work experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant TP experience with a solid stint in Big 4 consulting firms or large MNC firms - Preferred technical & functional skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; Good understanding of various databases applicable in the field of TP - Key behavioral attributes/requirements: Exceptional communication skills, strong analytical ability, target-driven with a customer focus, solution-focused mindset, attention to detail, work collaboratively with clients, and enforce quality and KPMG standards.,
