Job Title: Proposal Writer, IT Staffing (Government Contracts) Location: Remote / Flexible Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Services & Staffing Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Remote-Friendly / Flexible Schedule Job Description: We are seeking a Proposal Writer with significant experience in developing responses for Federal, State, and County-level IT staffing contracts . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of government procurement , compliance, and the ability to lead end-to-end proposal development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Draft tailored, compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and SMEs to produce compelling content Oversee SAM.gov registrations and monitor solicitation portals for new opportunities Manage proposal timelines , compliance tracking, and overall submission logistics Maintain and enhance a robust library of reusable proposal content Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT staffing proposals within the public sector In-depth understanding of FAR/DFARS , government contracting , and procurement regulations Strong writing , editing , and organizational abilities Familiarity with GSA Schedules , IDIQs , and State Contract Vehicles is highly desirable Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint , content libraries , and awareness of security clearance requirements Why Join Us?
