Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the company’s products/services and market positioning
Conduct research to identify potential customers and decision-makers
Assist in lead generation through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other tools • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Schedule and set up meetings/demos for senior sales executives
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Support in preparing sales reports and pitch materials
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams Training & Development (First 3 Months):

The internship includes a structured training program covering:

Month 1 – Orientation & Product Training

Company overview, mission, and values
Introduction to inside sales methodology • In-depth product/service training
Tools & CRM training (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn navigator etc.)

Month 2 – Sales Skills Development

Prospecting and lead qualification techniques
Cold calling, email writing, and LinkedIn outreach best practices
Sales funnel and pipeline management
Handling objections and basic negotiation

Month 3 – Live Practice & Performance Review

Shadowing senior sales reps
Handling initial sales outreach independently
Performance feedback and coaching
Final assessment and potential full-time offer evaluation
